Meredith Rines
Meredith has been actively involved in Women Aware since 2015 and has enjoyed being a part of such a wonderful organization. She is married to Justin and mom to two wild children: Denton and Parker. Meredith is an Accountant and Certified Financial Planner working alongside her family at Dairel Denton & Associates.
Conference Director
Jill Worley
Jill has been a part of Women Aware for nearly two decades. From putting together the annual Fashion Show and to coordinating Hospitality, Jill is always working behind the scense to make sure the event runs smoothly. Outside of Women Aware, Jill brings more than 40 years of experience in the pageant and entertainment industry through Mid-America Pageants as a professional emcee, pageant director, host, and certified pageant judge. With experience on the local, national, and international stage - plus being a proud mom and grandma - Jill's passion for helping others shine is impossible to miss.
Secretary
Tracy Tarpley
Tracy has been with the Women Aware organization since 2015. She became a member of the Board in 2016 and has served various roles throughout the years including Conference Director from 2020-2021. She has been employed with Productive Staffing for the past 17 years and currently works as their district manager. Her passion for helping people and her community is what drives her to continue being involved with the Women Aware organization. Women supporting women.
Treasurer
Chris Waite
Chris has been involved with Women Aware, Inc. since 1991. She says it has “given her the opportunity to meet new people, continue learning, and work with such incredible women.” Chris has been married to her husband, Stephen, since 1982. They have 2 incredible married adult children, and 6 fantastic grandchildren. Chris completed her MBA at age 50 and is a Certified Administrative Professional – Organizational Management (CAP-OM), and she never wants to stop learning and growing. She loves to work and volunteer in her community. She has created an online site (www.pbmo.com) to promote and share the many wonderful businesses and events in Poplar Bluff & Butler County.

Women Aware,Inc?
Women Aware, Inc. is a women-led, community oriented organization based out of Poplar Bluff, MO, dedicated to providing educational and entertaining events to help women connect in their local communities. Events include our quarterly luncheons and our annual conference each fall. The conference includes a keynote speaker, breakout sessions and local businesses and sponsored geared to supporting networking, personal development, and professional growth of women. Women Aware has been part of the Southeast Missouri community for over 32 years and is run entirely by volunteers and supported by local businesses.

The annual Women Aware conference in Poplar Bluff,
MO is a full day of learning, motivation, and networking for women. We are the largest women's conference in Southeast Missouri, Northeast Arkansas, and Southern Illinois. Breakout speakers and keynote speakers share their perspectives, knowledge, and insight on topics ranging from womanhood, business, marriage, finances, and other practical and uplifting topics of interest. You'll be able to hear from some of our area's
business and community leaders. The day also includes a fashion show from local boutiques and retail shops, breakfast and lunch, shopping at local business vendor booths, giveaways, and
lots more! This is a day where you can build deep
friendships with other women in your community.
